The program starts with a two-day launch and six more one day sessions scheduled over three months. Each session provides in depth training focused on your real situations. - The launch sessions focus on creating your unique communication breakthrough project and opening your awareness of your personal communication patterns.
- In the third through sixth sessions, we explore and practice understanding group dynamics and how to move a group forward to new effectiveness.
- In the final two sessions, we help you create and deliver a powerful message designed to inspire people to join you in making your immediate world a better place to work.
- Between sessions, specific homework is assigned to help integrate the learning into your professional skill set.
